The customer refused to accept the package. The destination country/territory will not attempt to deliver the package.

Track my order?
When you process global International Shipping tracking numbers, they are unavailable for approximately 5-10 business days after your order is processed. To see your tracking number, simply click the order link in the shipping confirmation email you received. If it does not exist, please email support and we will send you your phone number.
Why is my order stuck in transit?
Sometimes, orders do get delayed as they enter the country. Packages can be held up for up to four weeks through inspections and customs without being updated for tracking. It’s fairly rare, but it does happen. Unfortunately, if your order gets stuck and doesn’t move for a few days, there’s nothing to get it moving again other than simply waiting for it to finish, so I thank you in advance for your patience.
Where is my package?
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time listed above, please email email@example.com with your order number and request a tracking number. We will get back to you with a tracking number as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).
Next, simply click the tracking number in the email to see exactly where your order is en route. Keep in mind that tracking information is available 1-3 business days after your order is processed.
